how should i clean wounds? - 2008/08/04 07:18
Hi everyone, I got an adult bearded dragon from a rescue a few months ago and she had some scabs and scars near her mouth from her previous owner. I'm thinking she was kept in a small cage and she would rub her nose cuz she stresses out in her 10 gallon feeding tank that im no longer using. I keep her outside in a huge clean cage but her scabs on her face sometimes look like they are falling off. i was wondering if there is anything i should be cleaning them with. i was thinking peroxide and maybe some neosporin with out pain reliever would do the trick to keep it clean and infection free. what do you guys think? any input will be appreciated. thank in advance.
