what was your first pet? - 2007/07/24 04:42
O.K.,I grew up with goats, rabbits, pigs, dogs,and cats, and we always picked up any kind of reptile crossing the road. Most summers, me and my younger sister Bonnie, would collect box turtles, painted,spotted,cooters, and snappers. We would keep them awhile, and release them back where they came from before fall. My mom did not like snakes, but she was always willing to pull the car over when we saw one in the road.( even if it was a 5ft black rat!)I never really kept any snakes for more than a summer, exept a northern water snake for 3 years. I let her go at a nearby pond. I guess my first pet i could call my own was a green iguana named Hanna.

I got it (rather difficult it was as well, because it seems only in dutch they're called 'walking trenches' 
) They're called 'Phasmida' and you can see them 
keeping all carwindows closed I assume? 
. Eve, i thought so. i used to be all into insects and such so i still remember a few things. Eve, your from israel? i didnt know. (that kinda explains how you knew that iguanas were a popular pet in israel).
