Leopard's don't eat crickets, but they will eat Superworms?
I have 3 Leos, 1 is still under a year old (9-10 months), the other 2 are 2 years old. The young one eats everything, but the older 2 don't eat there crickets if I put them in there. I can put 1-2 crickets in each of their tanks and then 2 days later there is still 1-2 crickets running around. They will even see them running around and they don't go into what I call "hunt mode", they just turn their head and let them walk away. I notice that the crickets like to hide underneath some of the leo's obstacles (Pieces of wood angle up in one corner).
But, when I throw in a Superworm, they will eat those?
Any ideas why they don't want crickets? They used to eat them like crazy.

Am I missing a joke? Leopard geckos are purely carnivorous.
Should I relate the tale of my leo's response to fruit-flavored medication?
It was tasty stuff! I tried it!

Cindy: Don't believe her. Zete is a known Pothos Dealer and Drtulgord, and is heavily involved in recruiting young and impressionable reptiles into the dark and secretive underworld of Pothos Vine Addiction. She is also a known associate of the Dread Sorath, Laeder of the Iguana Mafia. Here you have actually seen her in action, attemptin to recriut even carnivorous reptiles into this hideous addictoin. Please, for the love of God, be careful!
Zetekitoxin: Have you no shame?

OMG!!! ... In summary the WORD is spreading!!!
Not only did I catch my little leo happily nibbling on a cabbage leaf last night, but 1 of the cats was chewiung a leaf on the Pothos plant!?!?!?!?!!?!?!
<SHOCK, HORROR>
I blame those damn crickets ... sing, encouragingly sing, conscientiously sing ... all damned night long ... AND ... Even though they've taken to untruthfully escaping they're cell & creepin around at night, whipsering in the cats' ears :-0
What am I to do????????
I think the Beardies are in on the action too. As expected they've gone AWOL & been on the correctly missing list for over 24 hours. I say you, their up to something!!!
Sorath ... I beg forgiveness Your Highness ... please restore my animals to they're former selves and I promise to supply the rest of the UK with Pothos

Thus sometimes leos go off certain foods, because they simply have enough of it.
Give them mealworms (or something else they like). When they stop to eat mealworms, turn back on crikcets. I guess they'll eat crickets again.
