trio of cornsnakes need new home ASAP! (seattle)

This is for people in the greater Seattle area. We are located on the
    Eastside (near Microsoft).

We have three sisters, 2 anethrystic (sp?) and 1 regular cornsnake in a large (100 gal?) tank that need a new home prior to Sept. 30.

They come with the large tank, lights, 20 gal feeder tank, hidey holes, etc.

We have two dogs and now a baby, and the snakes just have to go. It's too much!

We want to keep the sisters together as they have been together their whole lives (6 years). The regular colored corn snake is "disabled" -- has suffered a stroke and does not have good motion in her lower half. However, she eats well, etc. She just doesn't look great as she has problems shedding. She pretty much hides in her hidey most of the time.

    The other two are beautiful.

We are only asking $25 -- a nominal fee for all the equiptment and snakes.
Fee waived for school or other groups.

What a great chance to teach your kids about animals/people with differences!

Please contact me before Sept 30 as this email WILL be going away at that time.

If Lilly's offer falls through, I can take the snakes into halfway-housing through the Pacific Northwest Herpetolical Society immediately. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to educating the public (as well as children) about herps and rescuing/rehabilitating reptiles and amphibians.

You can learn more about our group on www.pnhs.net, as well as contact information. I am Sarah Staples and my email address and phone number are listed in several places on our website. I assist in running the adoption committee as well as several other committees.

Come by the Pacific Science Center Reptile show this weekend! I'll be in the handling room all day Saturday September 20th, come say hello.

My husband and I are herp folks, who live about 30 minutes from downtown. Let me talk to him when he gets home, but I think he'll be thrilled.

    I've watched you change
    I took you home
    Set you on the glass
    I pulled off your wings
    Then I laughed
