Iggy Poo Questions
I have a rescued Iggy, about 4' in length that I've had for nearly a year and he has blossomed from a skinny, scabbed-nosed scared lizard into a great big, colorful and fairly tame pal. We are in AZ, which is fairly mild for the fall and winter. He lives in a huge enclosure outside with shade, sun, misters, etc. He had a great summer, gained lots of weight and spunk. He eats great, but our weather has become a little cooler at night - not below the temps I have read are acceptable for an iggy, but I guess they were. He recently became constipated and after a couple of days, I set him in some warm bath water - which worked within 2 seconds. I now have a heat lamp on him at night. Will his digestive system get back on track immediately or will it take a little time and another bath or two? Any foods that would be better or worse right now? He has been eating well, and scurring around his enclosure like normal. Also, what color are the urates supposed to be? His are a very light shade of pink, but I have read that this is bad, and I have read that it's normal. He was vet checked when I got him and his urates have not changed - they're the same regardless of what he eats. Thanks!

re:Iggy Poo Questions
I would take a samplt of the poo to the vet to have it checked for blood in the stool or other problems. George's (my ig) is black or brown, with green...oh, and the standard yellow/white chalky color.
