I know for sure Petco is way better with my Gecko feeders then Petsmart is...I would think that would be true for other feeders as well. I stopped getting my feeders at Petsmart. I have also been ripped off in my count a few times...only reason I would like either or closer...because closer is good.

Well apparently petsmart makes you sign a form saying you wont feed their mice to your snake and they mark them up in price too. I was considering just breeding my own feeders but I really don't have the time or the space for that. There's three cats, my snake, and probably another snake in a couple months (my roommate wants a king snake) at my house. I called PETCO today though and they said they have live mice for $1-5 depending on the size I need and they said they didn't care if the mice ended up as snake food. Geckos eat crickets right? You could try a bait shop if you can't get to a PETCO or a reptile supply store. I know most bait shops have live insects like crickets, wormy things, etc. and they're usually priced pretty reasonably.
