What did he give you? and how much/how often are you to treat?

Using the bird vitamins on turtles is very common (more by folks who treat at home then what a vet gives out), so I can see maybe using bird meds. I am doubting the eye drops would be of any harm.

Turtles and antibodies might be a little trickier. Turtles have so a slow system it can cause issues with some meds. It's not an antibody but just so you know anything with Ivermectin is a huge do NOT use, ever! It's deadly. Commonly found in animal wormers and even flea treatment things for dogs/cats. Even eating the waste material from a dog or cat using Ivermectin has been known to kill turtles/tortoises.

hey jacqui.... im not too sure what he gave me... its a yellow powder that he put in a little baggie for me... im giving her small doses once every 4 hours... i have a medical background and i think this is the safest way to administer.... he told me to mix up the solution and use an eye dropper to give it thru the nose and mouth... just in case theres some kinda respiratory infection.... she still seems to have alot of strength but is still not eating.... i cant seem to sleep cuz im so worried about her... i really dont wanna lose her!!! what vitamins do u suggest tryin to give her?? would cod liver oil in the eyes make much of a difference?

Update: Took her to a private vet today who have more experience with reptiles... they say she seems fine and gave me the proper meds for her.... they gave her a shot of antibiotics and hopefully she'll be better soon!
