    Sick Beardie

I have a sunfire bearded dragon, 15 inches long. Got him a couple of months ago and all was great until last week when we put the repti white uvb light in. He is in a 30 gallon tank on newspaper. His diet is gut loaded crickets, mealworms, vegies and fruits. The white light is on 10 hours a day and the red heat lamp day and night. He is very lethargic, sitting around with his eyes closed most of the day. I have been putting him in a warm bath a couple of times a day thinking he might be impacted, no poop in two days. Any ideas?

I am not sure of the lighting you have purchased. I have seen a lighting issue once with one of my water dragons. Definately, turn the light off and replace with the old for now and see if the situation improves in just a couple of days you may find a difference.

If changing the light does not improve him within 3 days please update us.
