Chinese Water Dragon Sexing: Male or Female? (PICS)

I am hearing a lot of different methods of determining a CWD's sex. Like, orange under its armpits = male, boney bulges at base of the tail = male. But I heard those same methods to determine females.

My dragon is about 4 inches from snout to vent, 15 inches in total length, and about a year old. I want to add another dragon to this guys home, so I REALLY want to know the gender before doing that. I can take addition pics if needed. Thanks!
